Happy 13th Birthday Jacob

Today 13 years ago, I had given birth to a baby boy.. 8 pounds 13ounces. He was my hardest labor. It was 13 hours non-stop. He was 7 days late. Boy was I glad he wasn't any bigger. He was the most beautiful little boy I had seen. All of my boys were beautiful. I guess he was the most, because at that time. I knew he was going to be the last baby..

Making of the cake. We ran out of Green writing gel. So I figured I would finish it off with Red, since that is Jacob's favorite color. He said his cake looked scary... But it tasted good. Dad made the frosting from scratch for me, while I whipped up the cake. It was made with love, by Dad and Mom.. ;D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Cake time..

Opening up gifts. He was happy to recieve a pair of pants, socks, AXE, sweatshirt, Tshirt, some marshmallow fluff, sunny D, and a crazy hair pen.

Boys and their toys. Jacob kept trying to get into his birthday bags. So I told him I was gonna get him. LOL... So Chris and Dad took the challenge to get him... He was on the go... But they two of them finally caught him.. Boy he is fast and squirmy.. He was, I wasn't looking, I was only feeling them. Ooooo, I got one that is soft.. :D

The Birthday boy with his Mom and Dad. :)

We went and watched the movie CHANGELING. It was based on a true story from 1928. Yes, and Jacob did pick the movie.

Sat...

Chris helped get the batter ready for waffles. YUM!!!

Well, we got home so late on Friday. We slept in till 10:30 am. That is really late for us. Sat is our day to do chores and relax.... So here are a few pics of the day.

I see we only got pictures of the girls doing chores. We all did our list of things to do. Normal stuff...clean bathrooms, bedrooms, sort laundry, vacuum, dust, mop... Once things were all done. The kids played some video games and watched TV.
Mike and I, we hid in our room and watched Super Size me. Oh!! that is such a gross movie. I even managed to take a little cat nap.. I told the kids I was going to cut back their sugar intake. They were not happy. I did not realize how much sugar is in things. Yuck!!!!
Mike and I after dinner, took a ride to take care of some Birthday stuff for someone that is coming up real soon. It was nice to get out, just the two of us. We went to the new mall that just opened. It was raining out, but was very refreshing. Well, Happy Saturday to you all. I need to finish the laundry.. :D

Halloween Fun!!!

Happy Halloween to all of you.. Olya drew this for the family..

Nadya and I made this craft. It was alot of fun.

Our famous Mr. Pumpkin head, he has been around for 13 years now. His clothes are still in style.

The younger 5. The other 2 where already at the church helping out. I took the 5 younger ones out, so that they could go get some CANDY as they call it. It was Julianna's first time ever going trick or treating. She was very excited. Even more so when she saw the candy. Poor thing, had a ortho apt the day before. So her teeth were hurting.

Jake tried this first, but before we headed out he washed it all off. He was himself.... the skater...

Stopped by to say Hi to Toi ta(Auntie)

Checking out the loot they got...

I am glad that it is over. I already took my decorations down. I think this may be the last one...For some of them... We walked for about 1.5 hrs, then headed to the Church to help there with the games and clean up. They had their annual Harvest Festival. I decided to let the kids skip most of it this year. I believe we all had a fun and tiring night..
