Spring is in the air...

Special time for Nadya...

The women kept telling Nadya that she had nice feet.. :D She sure was giggling when they were scrubbing her feet. It was good to see her smile..

Volleyball, orientation and Dr appointments...

It is that time of year. They had tryouts for Volleyball. Chris made varsity. Toma made the 8th grade team. WAY TO GO! We should know on Thursday if Olya and Nadya made the 7th grade team.

We had HS orientation. I cannot believe that Jacob and Tamara will be starting HS in July. Tamara is not excited. Jacob is very excited. It was nice to run into one of his friends from his old school. We are hoping (his mom and I) that they will reconnect and hangout. They were always together, he is a great kid.

We have had a few DR appointments. Chris is going to PT for his knee. He is getting ready to see the surgeon. Just to get some images of the inner knee.

The girls are starting counseling to help with their pasts. I am very excited to start this with all of them. Julianna was first, she was not happy, but she has been very happy the last few days. I think that she understand that we are trying to help her know who she truly is and be happy with herself, not make her forget about life before becoming a Nealey.

Life has been busy as usual, but with all the rain I really wish we could just stay in.

The puppy(Jasmin) is doing good. She is finding out who is in charge. She is going for her first vet visit tomorrow. She is growing so fast. She has started that game of chase. Oh boy! That sure is frustrating, but yet cute..

Kids are home. We need to get homework done and head to youth group. Till the next post... :D

Something to celebrate

The 3 younger girls all recieved awards for Honor roll and Honor Society. Toma and Olya had all A's and B's. Nadya had all A's.. Way to go girls!!!

I have had this for a while. I thought that Nadya would be the perfect one to do this craft. Here she is working on it. It turned out great. I now want to add some wire to it, so that we can hang it on the wall. She has such a natural ability to see things. She is very creative...
